Context before commands
Inspection focuses on source, configuration, infrastructure, and workflow files while ignoring generated or heavy directories. The plan starts with the actual project.
Developer tooling / AI-assisted operations
A natural-language Cloud and DevOps CLI in development, connecting project inspection and diagnostics with command previews, approval gates, and live operational evidence.

↳ Illustrative workflow · execution follows explicit approval
Operational work begins with context: what is in the repository, how the stack is configured, what is failing, and which action is appropriate. An assistant needs to make that context and its proposed actions visible to the engineer operating the system.
Iceman puts inspection and diagnostics ahead of execution. Its interactive CLI surfaces repository, stack, and configuration information, investigates Docker and connectivity issues, and presents command previews and advisor warnings before approval. Live progress and evidence help the operator understand what actually happened.
Inspection focuses on source, configuration, infrastructure, and workflow files while ignoring generated or heavy directories. The plan starts with the actual project.
Command previews and approval gates give the operator a chance to review proposed actions. Advisor warnings add context where a decision is needed.
Diagnostics collect evidence, identify likely causes, and present remediation with supporting context. Live progress and operational output remain visible through the workflow.
WHAT THE WORK DEMONSTRATES
Interactive CLI, repository and stack discovery, environment inspection, Docker diagnosis, and health/connectivity checks.
Command previews, an approval-oriented execution model, live progress, evidence, and advisor warnings form the current workflow.
Iceman is an active build. These are the next areas of development.
